Booking Conditions

(Day Excursions and Day Excursions to Shows & Concerts)

1. All seats must be paid for in advance.

2. Customer cancellation of excursion to a theatre, concert or show = 0% refund. Resold cancelled seat = 80% refund.

3. Customer cancellation of a standard day excursion received three full days prior to departure = 50% refund. Resold cancelled seats = 90% refund.

4. Jones Motors (Login) Ltd. reserve the right to cancel any tour due to operational circumstances or insufficient bookings. 100% refund payable. Notice of cancellation given no later than three days prior to departure due to a low number.

5. Liability is limited to the ‘Coach Fare’ only, if the excursion does not operate due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control which prevent the departure.

6. Failure to arrive at the event due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control - Jones Motors (Login) Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss incurred.

7. Specific coach seats reserved on all excursions. Jones Motors (Login) Ltd. reserve the right to change single coach seat allocations to facilitate two or more clients on one booking to be able to sit together on the coach.

8. No pets or any other animal to travel on the coach (other than a registered assistance dog)

9. No radio’s or musical instruments to be played on the vehicle.

10. Jones Motors (Login) Ltd. cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions herein or any alterations to any part of an excursion, which may be necessary after publication.
