What to expect at RHS Glow illuminations Botanical winter wonderland

Take an enchanting walk around the garden and see some of RHS Wisley’s iconic sights in a new and dazzling light. Discover a botanical winter wonderland as thousands of glittering lights and a rainbow of mesmerising colours fill the garden with seasonal cheer.

 

Explore the light fantastic

Prepare to be wowed by magnificent trees, shimmering shrubs and breathtaking lakeside reflections as the garden comes alive on winter nights. It’s the perfect backdrop for festive family time, date nights and catching up with friends.

 

Food and drink

Kick off the festive season in style with a seasonal menu in the Terrace Restaurant. Enjoy winter warmers, hot food and festive bakes in the Wisley Café, and for food on the go, you’ll find hot drinks and yummy treats available to buy from chalets in the Village Square.

Explore the City of Stars in many ways: take a festive stroll down historic streets, follow a trail of sculpture and light, catch an award-winning pantomime at the Salisbury Playhouse, or even stargaze from the top of the iconic spire of Salisbury Cathedral at twilight.

Families will enjoy the Christmas shows planned for November and December in Salisbury with pantomimes and performances planned.

 

Enjoy Christmas shopping in our many independent shops including those along the High Street, Fisherton Street and Winchester Street. Pop into our three shopping malls and scout for things in our regular markets, it’s a great place to pick up all the fruit and veg that you need for making your own Christmas delights too!
