Travel to Aerospace Bristol to see the last Concorde to fly. Concorde expanded in length in supersonic flight. Step aboard and see the flight technicians hat wedged in between the bulkheads, placed there in the last supersonic flight and stuck there forever after Concorde shrunk again on its final decent to Bristol.

Today you have the option of visiting The Jet Age Museum or Gloucester Docks and Gloucester Quay Shopping before heading for home.

Welcome to The Gloucestershire Aviation Collection at Jet Age Museum where Gloucestershire’s rich aviation heritage from the early days of flight is celebrated, through the birth of the Jet Age to the present day.
Jet Age Museum is staffed only by volunteers, some of whom flew in aircraft we have on display. Come and visit, ask questions and learn about the history of aviation in Gloucestershire and beyond. We aim to preserve the past and inspire the future.
There is lots to discover at Gloucester Docks. Just a stone’s throw from Gloucester city centre, take a visit to the most inland port in the country. The perfect place for a family day out, explore Victorian dock buildings, designer outlet shops, cosy cafes and fascinating museums!
The award-winning National Waterways Museum documents the intriguing 200-year history of the docks and the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal. Gloucester Docks is also home to the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum, where you can look at army uniforms and even peer into a First World War trench.
Shop till you drop at Gloucester Quays with designer goods galore. You can enjoy browsing over 50 stores, from clothing to homeware, you’ll be sure to find yourself and your loved ones a treat (or two)...
